They say the product is an All Natural, Safe ,Gentle , Colon Health and Detoxification Program and I agree. Right away I looked at the ingredients and was very impressed. It was full of great herbs. I am not personally using it because I am nursing but my husband is using it and has been on it for 8 days.
In just 3 days I noticed he had lost weight and that is not really why I wanted him on it. It was an added benefit to getting gunk out of his system.
They say 1 - 2 Caps a Day for 2 Weeks. I choose to put him on just one cap a day for 15 days. That seems to be enough for him . One bottle contains 30 capsules. So if you take just one a day then it will last much longer. Plus I think 2 a day would be a bit much. Although it is gentle I think he would be going to the bathroom a little too much for a work day.
Once he is done with the 15 day cleanse he will only take it once every other month. That is a great deal compared to other cleanses out there. And yes, when I am done nursing I will be buying it to try on myself. I do recommend this product.
I wish they would come out with a formula for children. Something chewable. I think one of my kids would greatly benefit or all of them for that matter. I really like the fact that it has Acidophilus in it too. This is the good bacteria to help in the intestines.
I have also noticed that my husbands face is less bloated. I have not noticed and increase in energy however. Perhaps that will come in a few days, or maybe he needed the 2 a day for that to happen. I am unsure.
I do wish it came with a eating and supplement plan, which it does not. I did end up purchasing some vitamins for him to take with it and he just started those 3 days ago. So maybe I will notice more energy with those added on to the program. All in all I am happy with this item and will use it myself someday as well.
