I consider myself a self-taught intermediate herbalist. I have lead some classes for our homeschool group on herbs and have sold many of my own balms and teas.
So what am I in search of?
Non-alcohol derived tinctures. I have made many of my own tictures. But I need a special one that contains hard herbs. Hard herbs are said to need alcohol to get all the beneficial properties out. I prefer using glycerite tinctures. No, I am not a Levite, but if they were set apart by God, that is something I would like to emulate.
