Danish Dough Whisk Review

I had one of these before but the handle was so large that it was hard for me to use.  This one is much better.  The handle is not overly long.  It is just right and works great.  It is wonderful for making bread.  You wont be dissapointed.  You use this tool before the kneading part of making bread. Unlike a spoon which feels as though you can hardly mix the ingredients, this slices right through and mixes up just great.  It is a great kitchen tool.  It gently blends so you don't end up with tough bread.
